  • Photograph it, it's identified

Manufacturer, class, catalogue number, gauge, era and condition — read from your photos, never guessed.

  • Priced from real sales

What the same model actually sold for on eBay, and a list price with the fees already taken off.

  • A stash number on every box

Print a label, scan it with your phone, and the item opens — no more hunting through the loft.

  • A workshop board

In Test → Repair → Photography → Ready to List. Nothing gets listed until it's passed.

  • List and sync with eBay

Publish from Stashery, keep listings and sales in step, reprice in one click.

  • Know what you made

Margin on every engine, and a P&L by month and UK tax year for the return.

The problem, in your words

A hundred locos and wagons in the loft. Fifty on eBay. A notebook of what you paid. No idea what any of it is worth this month, or whether last year's selling actually made money.

Three things Stashery does

  1. Photograph it. Take a photo; Stashery works out the manufacturer, class and catalogue number, and gives it a stash number and a label.
  2. Price it. See what the same model actually sold for on eBay recently, and get a recommended list price with the fees already taken off.
  3. List it and keep it straight. Publish to eBay from Stashery, keep listings and sales in sync, and see a monthly P&L for your tax year.

It works — here's the proof

Stashery was built alongside one real seller: Ben's dad, clearing a lifetime's OO-gauge collection on eBay. These are his numbers, read from his account, updated when this page is published.

One account everywhere. Use the website at the desk, the tablet in the workshop, the phone at the swapmeet. The apps add the camera for adding items where they are, and a label scanner that reads the QR square on a box label and opens that item. Point your phone's camera at a code below to get started.

Installing during the beta — what to expect

iPhone or iPad. During the beta the app comes through Apple's free TestFlight app. Scan the code (or open the link) on the device, install TestFlight if it asks, then tap Accept and Install. Sign in exactly as you do on the website — same email. If TestFlight only shows "Redeem code", the invitation went to a different Apple ID than the one the device uses for the App Store: on the device, Settings → your name → Media & Purchases shows the right one — tell us and we'll re-send.

Android. Scan the code on the phone, press Join on the Google Play page, then install Stashery from the store page it opens. Sign in with the same email as the website. If the page says you're not a tester yet, you need a beta place first — join the waitlist below.

Both. The app follows your device's light or dark setting, keeps you signed in, and updates itself. The camera needs permission the first time: Settings → Stashery → Camera on iOS; App info → Permissions on Android. If you sign in and your stock isn't there, you've used a different email from your website account.
