Connect your eBay account
Link Stashery to the eBay account you sell from, so it can import your listings, publish new ones and keep them in sync.

What you'll end up with
Stashery linked to your eBay seller account. Settings will show a green Connected badge with your eBay username next to it, and the eBay-powered features — import, publish, sync, sold-price comps — will switch on.
You only do this once. If Stashery ever needs a new permission from eBay (it happens when we add a feature), Settings will ask you to Reconnect — same steps, thirty seconds.
Steps
- Sign in to Stashery and open Settings from the menu under your name (top right on the website; bottom bar on the app).
- Find the eBay card and press Connect eBay account.
- eBay opens in a new tab and asks you to sign in to eBay. Use the account you sell from, not a buying-only account.
- eBay shows a list of what Stashery is asking to do — read your listings, create and edit listings, read your sales and traffic. Press Agree.
- You land back on Settings. The eBay card now says Connected with your eBay username.
What you'll see
Straight after connecting, the eBay card also runs a quick selling-readiness check: whether your account has business policies (postage, payment, returns) and a stock location. If anything is missing, a short Selling setup wizard offers to create them for you — it asks you for the postage price you charge and shows you every number before it saves anything.
If something goes wrong
eBay says "Sign in" but nothing happens, or you land on an error page. Make sure you started from stashery.wyco-digital.com and not a bookmark to an older address — the return trip from eBay only works from the real address.
The card still says "Not connected" after you agreed. Refresh Settings once. If it still isn't connected, disconnect (if the button is there) and try again; the second attempt nearly always works.
Settings shows "Reconnect required". Stashery needs a new permission. Press Reconnect and agree again — nothing is lost.
You connected the wrong eBay account. Press Disconnect, then Connect again and sign in to the right one when eBay asks.
